All our silver jewelry is handmade from genuine 925 sterling silver - of course without cavities. We place a particularly high value on this, as it increases the value of the jewelry enormously.
No! We use only genuine 925 sterling silver, which under no circumstances loses its color, as you know it from cheap metals. Should the silver become a little darker due to oxidation, this is corrected in no time - you can find more about silver care here.
You can find out your ring size by measuring your finger or a matching ring you already own. How exactly this works, we explain in our

To find out which bracelet size is right for you, you can easily measure your wrist. You can either use a tape measure or alternatively just put a thread around your wrist and measure it.
The sizes of our bracelets are given in centimeters, so that your measured length corresponds to the size of our bracelets. You can find more information in our bracelet size guide.
Yes, all cuffs are the same size and can be carefully adjusted to fit any wrist by bending evenly. Once you have the size right, you can take your cuff on and off with a twisting motion without bending it again. For more tips on fitting cuffs, check out our guide: Bending Cuffs.
Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to keep all products in stock permanently. Some items are also only produced in a limited number of pieces. When a product will be back in stock, we usually can not predict exactly, because many different factors play a role.
However, we always keep you up to date about new products and stock replenishments via our social media platforms and our newsletter. We therefore recommend that you sign up for our newsletter and follow us on Instagram to always be up to date!
On the sold out item page, you can also register with your email address and be notified directly when it becomes available again.
Unfortunately, it is currently not possible for us to offer custom designs and engravings. However, many jewelers offer custom jewelry engraving for under 15 Euros. Please inquire at a jeweler in your city.
Unfortunately, our products are currently only available in our online store. However, there are sometimes promotions at selected retailers where you can view and purchase our products live.
We always keep you up to date about new products and promotions via our social media platforms and our newsletter. We therefore recommend that you sign up for our newsletter and contact us on Instagram to always be up to date!
ORDER, SHIPPING & RETURNS
You can return unworn products to us within 14 days after delivery of the goods. To return your products, please fill out our return slip and enclose it with your shipment to our returns address.
Please note that we cannot cover the cost of return shipping. Choose a shipping option with tracking and keep the tracking number.

If you contact us within 30 minutes of receiving your order, we will try our best to cancel or change your order. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee cancellation, as orders are made up immediately after receipt.
We ask for your understanding that the refund of your return can take up to 10 days, because every return has to be checked manually. If you are already waiting longer, please contact us by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your tracking number in the email so we can immediately check where your return is.
In the rare case of a wrong delivery, we apologize!
Please contact our customer service with photos of the incorrectly delivered item (item and back of the jewelry box with the item number).
Our customer service will then explain how to proceed so that you receive the correct item as soon as possible.
CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE
All deliveries are shipped from Germany, so there are no customs fees within the EU. Outside the EU, customs fees and import tax will apply. However, as these costs vary from country to country, please contact your local customs authorities.
We ship our products worldwide. You can find detailed information about delivery costs, delivery time and shipping service providers in our overview.
You can pay in our online store via PayPal or credit card. Your card data will be processed securely and encrypted by our payment provider Stripe. When paying via PayPay, you will be redirected to PayPal and can authorize the payment directly there.
If you received a coupon code from us or got it in a promotion, you can enter it directly at the checkout before you complete your order. The discount will be deducted directly from the invoice amount.
COMPLAINTS & LIFETIME WARRANTY
Don't panic, we won't let you down! Just send us a short email with a photo of the defect and the piece of jewelry will be exchanged free of charge. You will receive all further information about the process by e-mail from us.
Please note that we can unfortunately not exchange if the product was damaged by improper use (strong pulling or strong bending). Willfully damaged items are excluded from the warranty.

The dark discoloration on our jewelry - which creates our "used look" - is caused by oxidation of the silver. This oxidation can, in rare cases, continue to take place after purchase when silver comes into contact with everyday items that contain sulfur, such as leather, rubber, chlorine, salt water, and even air pollution.
