You can return unworn products to us within 14 days of delivery.
To return your products, please fill out our returns form and enclose it with your shipment. You can print out the return form here .

We will always refund goods that have been returned on time, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Please note the following conditions:
- We only take back unused items. The goods must not show any signs of use.
- The goods may not be returned freight collect, the buyer bears the shipping costs of the return.
- Please use a shipping option with tracking, e.g. as a DHL parcel or registered letter and keep the receipt with the consignment number until the credit has been issued.
- Please do not send jewellery in an envelope under any circumstances, as these often arrive with holes and without contents. If this is the case, a refund will not be possible.
Once your return arrives at our logistics centre, it will usually be processed within 1-4 working days, but in exceptional cases it may take up to 14 working days.
If you have been waiting more than 14 days for your return to be credited, please contact us by email at info@danielmason.de.
For orders paid for by PayPal and credit card, we will direct the payment through the respective provider to the account you used.
